( I think) Nuvi3750us can be flashed with 3770indo fw. (with original boot.bin)
You can try to use original 3450us boot.bin + others .bin from indo fw. (but I think it don't work)
Or
You can convert your 3450us to 37xxus first. ( you can go back to 3450us at anytime)
Then use original 3750us boot.bin + others from indo fw.

By original boot.bin , you can bring your nuvi back to 3450us.
