Garmin CXs are parts of City Navigators with MMR files added. Small map is just MMR files(EPM) extracted from single CXs with changed FID to 800 to be unlocked with .unl . Hacking FID is hacking NT.
But ,a question , if you dont have CXs, how can you extract MMR files?

Do you really think that Vanish90 has to get hold of all of the single CX files to create the small CX version. Maybe he works for garmin!!
