You must copy the folder "iran" to c:\garmin creating c:\garmin\iran\ or you have to change the paths in the reg-file. Did you do so?

Put it c:\garmin and install it with Mapsetoolkit
You have to navigate to get to the good.

Merged 2 threads , latest map is v2.3.5 in post n5, Mapsource versions are probably Gmaptool generated MS versions from these IMGs posted above , so no adresses search available-
