Garmin KeyGen 1.5

* Family ID : 386

* Product ID : 1

* Region ID : 13

* Vendor ID : 1

How to get it working.

1- Enter Unit ID into keygen.
2- Chose Custom mapset, enter 386 for map ID
3-Check the "Enable additional fields (experts only!)"
in Product ID ; 1
in Region ID : 13
in Vendor ID : 1
4-Hit generate button
5-Copy the code and paste in Notepad
6- Save as AA_NewYorkGuide.unl (make sure no .txt behind it)
Put this AA_NewYorkGuide.unl into Garmin\POI folder (ie, put together the file AA_NewYorkGuide.gpi)

Thank you for the simple instructions on how to install, was very easy to do.

Do you know the year of this travel guide?

I was quite surprised to find this guide did not include the Empire State Building, or the Statue Of Liberty, these are probably the most visited sites for foreign tourists.

Thank you for advising it's from 2008.
Still don't understand why they would levae out the Statue Of Liberty that has been there since 1886,
and the Empire State building in 1931.

they are present in this guide. both; "empire state" and "statue of liberty"

Thanks for posting the pics, very interesting.
I went through every category that was available in NY Travel Guide, not one showed the page of your pic of Staue Of Liberty,
Fraunces Tavern Museum, Lower Manhattan, etc.

I was able to get them to show by going to my Garmins "Points Of Interest", then "Spell Name".
It took a while of searching but they both (Empire & Statue) finally appeared.
Seems like they are a POI in CN North America 2011.40, since its a duplicate of POI in NY Travel Guide it will not appear in the
Travel Guides screens. You probaly don't have CN North America on your Garmin so that is why it shows on yours and not mine.
That is the only expalnation I can think of why I can't get them to appear.
