which maps do you have in map list?
Which Cityxplorer file have you installed ? Small or full ? How many MB is it ?
Have you tried to simulate in one city , putting your position in it ?

So as it's a bit tricky for users ,a small explanation again:

If you have CNA map in your Nuvi use SMALL map, it wont appear in map list but it will work just adding cities EPM to your existing CNA.

If you dont have CNA map in your Nuvi use FULL cx map, it will appear in map list coz you'll have a complete NAcx-cities map in your Nuvi. (SMALL map with just MMR wont work without CNA map)

To test NA CX ,fix the satellites in the city or simulate in one of the cities putting your position in the city.

NACX .img name and .unl name must be the same ,different extensions- To make the .unl with JM Kg use just FID 800

Both files go in sd in "Map" (not "map" - not Garmin) folder
