Garmin 2555 bought from Beijing China sees only mainland China and cannot load internatinal map

I just bought Garmin 2555 from Beijing China yesterday.

On GPS screen I can see only China. Map area outside China are blank.

I found that I have to create 'map' folder and put unlocked anyname.img file into this folder to see the detailed map of other countries.

After I flied back home, I found that it cannot see Basemap outside China after I put GMAPBMAP. How can I see basemap for the whole world?
ANS: Just put the GMAPBMAP.img into the same map foler.

I put thai.gtt in text folder and th_TH.kbd in the keyboard folder. But Thai keyboard is not working. It is displayed in English and has no BACK key to go back to main menu so I get locked up when I activate Thai keyboard.

P.S. Sorry. I created this post and I later found the answer. So I put answer after question to share with other friends.

You can try Thai KB for 34xx. ( Thanks to basf )

If you get reboot loop after put in TH kb then you need cure firmware.
But I guess it works.

TEST REPORT: Keyboard file for 34xx in the link above is working very well with 2555. (The "12xx 13xx 14xx 34xx 22xx 23xx 24xx dezl" version is NOT working with Nuvi 2555.)

Junction View: I copy the JVC files into the 'map' folder along with IMG file (same directory) but it is not working on Nuvi 2555. The same set of IMG and JVC files work with my older 255W. Is there anything wrong here?

TSM11.1+ JCV (and earlier) works nicely with my Nuvi 255W bought from Singapore for a long time. Today test result of TSM 12.1 + JCV works well also with my Nuvi 255W.

Now I have Nuvi 2555 with 5" screen from Beijing. (Note model 2555 with 5" screen, not 255W) The same set of TSM 12.1 + JCV is not working with Nuvi 2555. I tried putting JCV file in the same \map folder with IMG files and move it to separate \JCV folder in the SD card. Neither way makes Nuvi 2555 show Junction View.

Someone mention that Thai JCV may not work with some ROM and some model bought outside Thailand. I am not sure if this is the case or I just put the JCV in the wrong directory. I guess JCV may not show on some other models either. Is there any way to correct this?
