You're either going to have to redo your video so the focus isn't so blurry, or you're going to have to explain using words and sentences the problem you're having.

First update Mapsource to the last version and Gmaptool too

then
to install and see a Bluechart in Mapsource :
Open GMapTool,
import your Bluechart gmapsupp.img into it,
enable in Options tab , advanced options,
open Split tab and compile it like it's shown here



create a directory (here is C:\Documents and Settings\Desktop\Bluechart for MS) and give your map a name the one you'll have in MapSource,
in Create window select "files for Mapsource",
tick "Compile preview map" and "TDB for marine map"
(To see it in Basecamp dont tick "TDB for marine map" )
set also mapset FID with the FID of your BC (in this case 2028).
Then run Split all.
GMaptool will create, in your created directory ,the files to install your BC in mapsource.
Open that directory and install it running install batch inside-
You'll have it installed in Mapsource
But why dont you use Homeport that is made for looking at BCs on pc ?
