I took a look to previous versions (they should be the same)and I found:
Type A (map+JCV large)
Type B (map+JCV small)
Type C (map only)

Type D (this I checked personally) [gmap3D.img( 3D Landmark Indonesia v.2 not locked- length 1957888)+ gmapDEM.img(Indonesia DEM v.2 not locked- length 91275264 ) + JCV :110 MB (116.108.119 bytes)+gmapprom.img]


instructions:
Download, uncompress the installer, the gmapprom , the JCV and other files are in MapData folder.

The gmapprom.img is locked
