3a) Then you can drag-and-drop nuvi37xx_GCDFile__420.gcd onto the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] icon on your desktop.
3b) Or you can invoke [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] at the command line, passing in the region file as a parameter:
C:\>WebUpdater.exe c:\path\to\nuvi37xx_GCDFile__420.gcd
