No, CHN2.50 make 3790US reboot.
I tried with
1).original US boot 2.50 and 3.60 + CHN220resources.bin + CHN220fw_all.bin(override to 1101) --> Rebooting loop
2). Original CHN250 .gcd --> system software missing
3).Modified CHN250 .gcd --> system software missing
even CHN2.50 boot.bin contain 3 hwid-swv( EF 04 FA 00 ) as US boot.bin

Maybe you need fw update for 37xx Philippines. (Do we have 37xx Philippines ? <-- I don't know this info.)

As far as I know, there is no 37xx Philippines firmware. All the 3790T here are 3790US. The only Philippines-specific Garmin available here is the 1360. Do you think that JCV is only for the 1360?

Something like that.
For example ., Thai JCV is for firmware of 1460TH / 1360TH/1250TH/3770TH/2575TH not for 24xxUS
You need the same series as sell in Phillipines(Then you can get Phillipines fw to modify) (and a good luck for converting your unit.)

Ahh. Where can I get the specific firmware that is compatible with the PH JCV? Also, how do I know if the JCV is locked, will it show a gray square box just like what it is doing in my 3790US?
