I also have a kenwood/garmin dnx9960 unit and would like to remove the ads. I used the 1.5 keygen to add Total Traffic Network to my traffic subscription. That worked. But I didn't want to mess with the navteq part yet. It is my understanding thanks to little_frog that entering a new code for navteq USA and Canada will still not get rid of ads? Is this correct? Or will this get rid of ads permanently? Would PM little_frog but this is only my first post. Thanks

Just an update for everyone trying to remove a subscription. I was trying to remove Clear Channel (Total Traffic Network) and also removing the ad version of Navteq.

I tried the instructions (actually suggestions) posted in this thread and they did not work. I travelled to a different part of the USA and I went into my traffic menu on my765T. I have some 15+ codes entered, most of which i entered invalid codes on purpose to overide the TTN sub. All the "codes" show up in the menu. There is no way to remove any of the subscription on my 765T. It looks like it may have to be done at Garmin's factory. I am not worrying about the Navteq sub and getting the ads removed since for the most part, TTN overides Navteq in my areas of travel.

Has anybody codes for "Navicom Traffic" in Russia?
Russian devices with valid License must have a different TrafficProvider.xml...

Hello everybody! Garmin started in those days the FM Traffic service (by Navteq) in some cities in Brazil. Occurs that only two models of Nuvi it sells here are able to use the service. Garmin does not sell signature or FM receiver separately. The lifetime subscription is already embedded in the package of GPS / receiver that it sells. Thus we can not get a valid subscription number to get the parameters FID, PID, and RgnID VenID to enable the thousands of other Model T Nuvis here. My questions are: 1. is there any way to identify the number of subscription (in this case, lifetime) of the enabled devices? This number would be in some hidden file or page of the device firmware? 2. Is there any other way to get the parameters FID, PID, and RgnID VenID other than by the number of valid signature? Thanks

OK, just looked the TrafficProvider.xml and Navicom Traffic said "paid" and Garmin.ru sells GTM 35 russia.
But if it´s free, it is free.

    Thanks.

Here, "free" only two official models of Garmin, specific to this market and embedded with lifetime subscription. As in other countries nothing has to be done so that the FM Traffic works on these devices, I am aware. The problem is how to enable the service to thousands of other Nuvi with receiver, since the Garmin does not sell and do not frees the subscription. After webupdater, the file TrafficProvider.xml shows the field <providerName> NAVTEQ Traffic (BR) <pay> true </ pay> for Brazil, it is clear that the service will be paid to the other models. The problem is that Garmin does not say if and when it will sell the signature, which can take a long time, years perhaps, because their interest is to sell its new products and strengthen the local distribution network. We know that one way to get the parameters FID, PID, RgnID and VenID are through a number of valid signature with Infouc. So, this number would have to discover from of the two officials models sold by Garmin, but how to find this number if the signature is already embedded in the device? This is an issue. The other is how to find the parameters (FID, PID ...), independently of the number of valid signature, in which place to find (file or operating system) in the official or "unofficial" models? (with WebUpdate and Trafficprovider.xml updated in both). I hope to have been a little more clear now. Thanks

I always buy Nuvi not in Russia. But traffic work fine in Russia on this devices!
But I see some devices from russian distributor with Navicom traffic record in traffic service record. It is exclusion and is not rule. Most of device what Navicom sell not have this record. Traffic is work in any case. For example there are device like that have preloaded map of Europe. No human influence for it after robot-placer.

In one's time I saw on forums the way to convert data like 1001 26/43 into the parameters (FID, PID ...)?!
