Modding 3760T

i'm success to update my 3760T US v4.10 to SGMY v2.30. i have also tried to update to SGMY 2.50, but it went to boot up loop as mentioned by other ppl.

all functions seem working fine with v2.30, i will keep it for now.

well, i havent had any spare time yet to play with 4.10us +2.30ch or 3.90us+2.30ch (i already built them, just need to upload), hopefully this weekend i will be able to play with it, by the way, do you know if the 3d map is locked? could this be the problem (when it shows on the list but does nothing.....)

That's a really good question. I'm not really sure about it, but I think there aren't any information under maps if they are locked.

Does anybody know a way to proof if a mapset is locked or not? Maybe without the garmin device.

Yes., Gmap3d.img is locked.

use Gmaptool --> [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Could you discribe your features. US v4.10 and SGMY v2.30 work on my device too. But I can't see 3D-Building nor Terrain. What is your PCB? Have you copied the "gmap3d.img" and "gmapdem.img" to .System?

Same here, no 3d buildings with CNEU 2012.10 unicode in sw 2.30 and no DEM- They show in map list but not on map-
I tried copying 3d buildings img either in .System or in Garmin in sd.
CX too acting strange with an european 2011.10 map.
3790 US sw 4.10 flashed to SG/MAY 2.30 ,resetted before and after flashing

was your 3dmap unlocked? im sure mine was not..
will try tonight with almost same combinations as Stacy_o, will let you guys know the results..
