An email from Garmin support about CNNAM update:
If you register your unit, you will be eligible to receive any update that is released within the 60 days after the unit first acquired satellites. If two updates available during that time, you are eligible to receive both free. We should have a new update published sometime in the next week or two.

Garmin North America 2011.40 is overdue. It's probably coming any day now and the link previously posted suggests it. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
And maybe when it's uploaded, there will be a complete and thorough tutorial to get the maps working via mapsource where you won't have to uninstall all your existing maps just to get NA 2011.40 to show up so you can do trip planning et al?Last edited by Frustated XT user; 5th February 2011 at 09:13 AM.
