I noticed one small "bug" with the excellent tool mapreverseconverter. It applies for those of us using a non-english windows os.
The mapreverseconverter uses gmt.exe as the workhorse for the conversion. If there are some "special" letters (for me the Swedish letters هنِ) in the path to the directories for source or destination the converter will only produce three files, tdb, mdx and one more. All the .img files will not be produced and the conversion will finish much quicker than usual.
Could be useful info, for me it took a while before understanding why it worked on some of my computers and not on other.
The workoround is of course easy, rename your directories or move to a place with allowed path.
