I think None, both files are the same exact size
The difference is with the 3d buildings

just to understand, why is there difference in few Mb between the one in the first page (that is also equal to the "a" version ) and the "b" version just out?
i mean the europe map "a" version is 1.940.384 Kb while the "b" version is 1.957.248 Kb
also we have that 3D building from "a" version is 404.584 Kb while the "b" version is 402.888 Kb
Lane assist and Time zone hasnt changed at all.

I donn't know about b version, I only have unlocked IMG from the 2011.11 version and the 2011.11a version and there is no difference
do you have the version b unlocked IMG?

Only file that changed from first release is gmap3d.img

Info from Garmin server (don't ask how)
This is only MD5 changed in complete package in this time period, so it is only file changed (for now).
If you replace only this file in installation, you'll have same package as latest released from Garmin.
I did not compare output files (gmapsupp.img) generated from this two packages, as they could be different.NO THANKS POSTS ALLOWED, NO LIKES NEEDED, ALL MIRRORS APPRECIATED
