in the img directory run cnment2010update_enu
unlock with mapid 2009 with this keygen

hello guys, i'm new to this studff. i have kenwood G430 gps device with no maps. what should i do to make it work? all i know is that i put the map on the sd card and that's it. can anybody tell me what to do step by step ?

put it in a named Garmin folder but you have to unlock it
with mapid 2009 with this keygen using your device code

creating with notepad a file named SW.UNL ,when you save the .UNL file in Notepad, be sure you set the "Save as type" to "All Files", not "Text Documents". Put it in the folder with the map

or use unlocked IMG..easier

hey i copied the gmapsupp.img file nd sw.unl file into the garmin folder.but when i click on view map it shows no map on the right side bottom..
cann u help me wid dis.????

have used the unlocked map? if yes no sw.unl in the folder, if u'r using the locked one are you sure not to have txt ext in your sw.unl file? have you saved it as "all files"?

Is the single file still available or do we have to go for the parts ?

Sorry Caty, I have to trouble you again.

I downloaded the 3 parts and ran the exe file. It asked me to connect the device and then tried to activate online from Garmin site (by asking me the product code)..... oops.

Earlier version had installed the map into Mapsource, which I unlocked and then transferred into my phone (N96). Now I am trying to download the single file from megaupload. Is this also the same exe file or is this similar to the earlier .msi file ?
