Somehow I missed the original request back on 12-11-2009 from the OP.
I've been searching for these same tools since before then.

Like Tom I tried to download them ,but more credentials are needed than a simple registration - I found a Garmin tools rar file that includes probably these files but my nod 32 doesnt like it
