    Found this website: poiconvert.free.fr GPS - Points of Interest Conversion and Search - Convert your files, search and download new poi - Tomtom ov2, Garmin asc, Google kml, Nokia lmx which will convert:

    TomTom .ov2
    Garmin .asc
    IGO8 .kml

    to:

    TomTom .0v2
    Garmin .asc
    IGO8 .kml
    Nokia .imx
