Some maps have licensing problems

Hello, and I apologize if I’m posting this in the wrong section.

I’m having a problem with the 2025.Q4 maps. Although the other maps are active and working properly, the maps shown in the picture remain inactive no matter what I try.
I have tried many different license files, including the ones that came with the maps, as well as other license files I downloaded separately.
I also tried several 64-bit compatible APKs and skins, and I downloaded the maps again several times from different sources, but I still couldn’t solve the problem.
I’m not sure whether the issue is related to the license files, the system/version I’m using, or the maps themselves.
I would really appreciate any ideas or suggestions that could help me identify the problem.

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+
Android: Android 16
iGO version: Başarsoft 64-bit , skin pongo

Yes, I also tried the Azerbaijan and Georgia maps shared here. The result is still the same.

What’s unclear? The existing licenses for 64‑bit iGO do not include the content specified as inactive. To make everything work, use 32‑bit iGO.
