RGN_Tool - A Utility to Create, Extract and Convert RGN and GCD files
Thanks to turboccc, the author of this and other handy Garmin tools
In the attached ZIP file is Version 0.9.0.4 of RGN_Tool.exe along with a ReadMe guide by the author. As it says in the readme.txt file under "How-to", its use "should be obvious.
