You should buy TomTom standalone unit for large vehicles. It's one-off payment with lifetime maps updates, traffic, and even own build in SIM card for live traffic and speed cameras connection.
If you're real professional truck driver, it's best option for you.
Or, if you want, you can subscribe TT Go app, truck version which will give you exactly thae same options as stand-alone unit but on your smaller phone and 12 months subscription worth over £70 per year. After 3 years it's price of standalone unit which you can use in most of countries without roaming charges...
Choice is yours.
