GPS UTC Time Unavailable
Hi all
There is a strange issue on my S5 New (Android 6 *)... My GPS tool finds GPS UTC Time Ok, Nextgen GPS softs say that it is unavailable (but the FIX is ok)
It affects Sunrise/Sunset, so in Auto-mode sky toggles to Night earlier than expected & to Day later than expected
I am living in France, my GPS position and Time Zone are Ok
- the GPS Tool displays the good values ---------> 07:03 - 20:38
- the Nextgen softs infos display bad values ----> 09:41 - 18:18
On my others smartphones, all is Ok.... with the sames APK, Skins, Parameters, sys.txt
Does somebody has an explanation ? possibly a solution ?

Yes, official Samsung ROM 6.0.1
I am unable to say when the issue exactly appeared (I left it at home, device OFF, during my holydays) but probably after Google applications updates (device ON) at the beginning of 07/2024
As specified, it is not a big problem, all the others GPS functions work perfectly
I post the question only out of curiosity

Try 2 options:
1.

In regional settings, set your time zone in relation to GPS time.

I confirm that with your second option, toggling between Sky-Day <--> Sky-Night is working perfectly under Israel / PAL / Avicsync and LUNA on my Samsung S5-New (Android 6.01)
