No verbal warning for over speed limit

I have Igo Nextgen iGO719WD.apk with Pongo skin on various android device including Samsung S10e, TS10 Android head unit etc.
I do not get any verbal warning of exceeding the speed limit like I used to when I have used NextGen on previous installs.
I have tried all settings, warning settings are set to 100% of speed in towns and cities, Audible and visual warnings as well.
I get beeps when over speed and the current speed changes to green or re depending on how far over the speed limit the speed is, but no verbal warning at all.
For text to speech I am using VocalizerEx2 with ena_karen_premium-high_1-1-0.dat for voice and it works well.
I have tried changing the voice for a non TTS voice and there is still no verbal warning. I changed the sys.text to include speed camera info but have not had any success.
I have attached the sys.text and hope some one can steer me in the right direction.

To do this, you need two conditions: first, the voice dictionary must contain the necessary lines about the speed limit, second, enable pongo in the skin settings - notify about speeding.
If you are using a skin, then there should be no entries with camera settings in sys. For cameras, notification settings are located in the UX plugin speedcam_mod.zip in plugin.ini

Thanks Andrey for the reply.
I deleted the reference to speedcam in the sys.text and it made no difference. Where would I find if the voice dictionary contains the necessary lines about the speed limit?
I definitely have all the settings in the skin warning settings set for "warn when speeding", "Audio and Visual" "Warning Type" Voice and Sound", "Beep if overspeed" "1 bip", (this works), "Speed color if over speed" "On", (this works) I get verbal notification of speed limit changes as well.
Is there supposed to be something is the sys.txt regarding verbal warning of overspeed?

There are also settings in the skin, this is the speed limit at which an alert occurs. All names in the dictionary have the same names as in the skin settings, almost the same as can be found in the search - speed, speed limit, etc.

Are there settings in the skin I have missed? I have the warning set to 100% of the speed limit, other than the ones I have mentioned I cannot find any other references to speed warnings. I did a search and did not come up with any over speed warning phrases. Forgive me if I am not getting it, but I am not sure how to proceed from here.

As far as I know, with Pongo-Skin the extensive voice announcement is crucial (Voice.zip->dictionary.voice) if TTS speed warning is to be given.
I, on the other hand, use audio announcements, but these must be included in the Audio.zip (DAnnnn+SCnnnn). I created the voices on the PC in German (1031).
I am warned "too fast" over 105% inside and 110% outside.

* with Pongo-Skin all warning variables in the SYS.txt are superfluous **

What more do you want?

I would go crazy if there was a constant voice warning.

And the speed limits on the maps are often completely wrong.

If you really need it.
Look in the info.ini of your TTS voice.
There should be the entry:
overspeed="You are too fast"

and SCDB.info is relatively good and up-to-date in town, I think...

This is about speed limit overspeed, speed cameras are an important part of speed limits, often more up to date than indicated in the map material.

Unfortunately in Australia is is far too easy to get a heavy speeding fine and even instant loss of license. For instance, there are many 40km zones that are under most circumstances anything from 60-80km resulting in being as much as 40km over the speed limit during restricted times even though you are within the speed limit for the area. I have already been victim of this and I will be happy to live with the speed warnings and keep my license.
