If you're talking about the "tmc" panels, then yes, that's my choice. (these are temporary and not permanent announcements).
But if you're talking about driver announcements (da), then no, that's not normal !

Strange.
I noticed that in the country info some flags are small ( looks 3D ? ) and others are bigger and flat.
