I don't know if newer versions support changing more than two map providers ...

So far I have iGO_Pal with Pongo Skin 2019; Switch between HERE and TomTom without any problems, Basarsoft is not recognized at all (missing license?)

Basar map is recognized without any problems and without additional licenses (in mixed regular package w/o skin)
I don't use the Pongo skin, so I don't know if mapchanger works at all for independent providers. I know there was such a plugin for WinCE, but I don't know if there is one for Android

It is not possible to make mapchanger for any iGO program with content from more than two (2) providers in same folder.
All eventual solutions are or could be based on 3 different folders with different names, and then map-changer would rename folder(s) from specific provider to 'clean' folder name (building, map, poi, speedcam).
But I also don't know any such solution for Android.

Have you checked what happens with the orange circle when you switch to display another icon, like "Car"?

Who needs 3 different map providers?
The circle is the "add speedcam" function (Alert Points)

The buildings are not important, you can use whatever you want, so that they are universal for all maps

You are asking too much. Be happy with this (you're complicating it unnecessarily)
Why do you need three independent publishers independently?
You can use mixed map package of those that are better for certain regions
Also, it's a ux made for standalone use, not in combination with a skin

Another recommendation - in such cases, the folder in the internal memory, not on the card
