No traffic/tmc on one specific device

I have 3 Android phones (Android 12&13, LineageOS), with both iGO_Avic and Luna installed, where the tmc (http) is working. I know I have to start twice and on all these devices and I get traffic info.
Then I have one Samsung S10, also with LineageOS 20 (Android 13). I just copied the iGO_Avic and iGO_Luna folders, installed the same app versions, but traffic is not working. The green symbol turns red after the map is fully loaded. I also tried deleting the save folder.
What can be the reason? A blocked IMEI or similar? Can I forge the ID, or how do I possibly fix it? Or find out?

Do you know the difference between Primo and NextGen? Post questions in proper section.

Ask Lineage creators
Different phones - not the same system, of course. Same based, but ... drivers vary, plug-ins, adjustments...

And most often it is a user mistake.
Download (or copy) the clean package, install the apk and let it create the sys file by itself. After that set. Make sure all ux files are there, add proper lines in sys if not present

I thought IgoAvic was Nextgen. It's version 9.18.28.696728.

I reinstalled, made new iGO_Avic dir with content, license and data, and ux.
It created sys.txt. No traffic. I copied working sys.txt. No traffic, same as before.

Now I copied a save folder backup from February, and suddenly the traffic works.
So something bad happened after the installation on this device in February which made traffic impossible, and that state was saved -
but now it is working. I have no idea.

Unfortunately for Luna this trick does not work.

I think the problem is not related to IMEI but it may be related to HW ID. I don't claim that it has anything to do with "SafetyNet", but I had similar problems by changing the ID to the device with which my ROM passed the "SafetyNet" test. I think there is logic in that, although I don't even remember the magisk module I used to do it.

I get the same "SafeyNet" check results as the other working phone. What is the "HW ID" and how do I change it? I doubt it is the reason ...

Which version?
With Luna I still have no traffic.
