Default Problem with Garmin dezl 770LM warning message high temperature and shut down

I have Garmin Dezl 770LM with problem .

When power on GPS after loading to home screen i see message " shutdown to prevent damage due to high temperatures " and navigation counts down 10 seconds and turns off.

I don't test replace firmware because I need the saved points in the navigator.

When garmin show logo connect DATA cable and enters PC connection mode for 10-15 seconds and automatically turns off. This time is not enough to add it to Garmin express.

    Spoiler: small unnecessary picture

    Default

And that error is not clear to you?

The main chip overheats due to
    - physical defects
    - some short circuit
    - bad battery/voltage
    and similarly

In any case, your problem has nothing to do with this Forum, I would recommend that you take it to the service center

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
