In original versions VNM Lang and Voice don't exist.

Thanks. I'll use the English ones then. Also I just tested the VNM map with my Primo version (working fine with other maps), and got an error:
"Map initialisation error: Your map files are outdated ..."
How do I fix this issue? TIA.

Change Primo exe file
Although it is generally thought that the problem lies with licenses, in fact, it is best solved by a suitable edition.

i tested igo world, igo pal for android system, but it does not work? i checked settings, about, content, map and it shows grey color. Anyone can help please?

Actually, it reports a different error - map version.
It is possible that the maps require special software, as is the case with the Chinese edition (different coding). I might be wrong, but ...
Or just proper license. In that case ... good luck.

There is special file encryption for China and Taiwan on some versions of igo, but this version of Vietnam files are encrypted like European maps and should therefore work without problems provided you have at least the license that goes with
without certainty the version of igo for this card could end in 9.xx.xx.277854
Or just proper license. In that case ... good luck.

Thanks, my igo version is 9.18.27.736653, it works with europe maps, but not work with vietnam maps, can you please share me a link to download the igo app which can work with this map?

I don't think you understood the previous short discussion ... none of them work without a license. Even WinCE Primo doesn't work.
And as a colleague @lunapark said - better play the lottery
