I was going to send a message to someone but their inbox is full and cannot accept any new messages unless the person makes space by deleting old messages.

The question is, if that person is not aware their inbox is full and obviously they cannot be sent a message to clear their inbox, can a sub-forum be created so a person who is trying to reach them, type in their username to let the person their inbox is full?

    Regards.
