When disconnected from external power they will power off (usually 10 to 30 seconds depending on device firmware). During the delay it's displaying a message which lets you choose to override the automatic action.

Hi All
I just ordered a Drive smart 55 , so excited
Just have 1 question :
Does it have Auto ON and OFF when plugged in my car
My old TT had it , very convenient

Just got my Smart drive 55 ..
I like it , although "Voice recognition" is not perfect ..
