The latest .fbl files for other sates (or countries) can be downloaded using the iGo app from this thread: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. The app downloads the files to the Android\data\com.nng.igo.primong.igoworld\files\providocs\InappShop\Mount\map directory. The .fbl files seem to be working with the older poi files, e.g. 2019.Q2. Below is the link to 39 fbl state files.
