I also ran GPS Reset COM - GPS Repair, Navigation & GPS info, nothing changed.

As you can see the GPS Time is correct.
But in iGO :

GPS UTC time is always 14.25.51. Time never changes.
I have also TomTom Go, Copilot and Magic Earth on this tablet, all of them give the right arrival time except iGO gives driving time + 1 hour.
