Hi. The easiest way is go to menu:
More/Settings/Sound and Warnings/Alert Point Settings/Voice warning(second phrase)
and adjust each of the categories by ear.

If Delay(sec.)=1.6 then Delay in customized.lua=80
If Delay(sec.)=1.8 then Delay in customized.lua=90
If Delay(sec.)=2.0 then Delay in customized.lua=100
If Delay(sec.)=2.2 then Delay in customized.lua=110
If Delay(sec.)=2.4 then Delay in customized.lua=120
If Delay(sec.)=2.8 then Delay in customized.lua=140
If Delay(sec.)=3.8 then Delay in customized.lua=190
