    As I said I'm quite sure that mio still can connect, but you must try harder. Plug it in USB and quickly do some power on/of cycles and you can get lucky and device will connect. If not, try another PC if you have the chance. If everything falls, than try with the file in the attachment. Extract and copy file iBoot.exe on the root of a SD card. Insert SD card and power off/on device. It's a total commander which can be triggered this way on some Mio devices but I'm not sure about this model though.
