Tell me which Rider do you own exactly, please.
I own a Rider v2 using nvacore 9.500 with SD slot and 32 SDGC card
I'm able to use any voice I want, maybe yours are not on the right place
They need to be into the voices folder which must be into the root of your internal or external memory.
