Just find proper text and delete lines. Or write yours. Use TotalComamnder or Double Commander to enter in zip file and edit ini
Image is logo.bmp, or simialr...path/name can be changed
Try it without skin...look in data.zip
and finally, there is possibility that the apk is changed. Remove skin and use some standard apk for installation (re-install, overwrite...)

Probably @wojpen can give you exact direction.
