The problem might be if the android version of your HU device is fake.
No need to repeat yourself. If you had followed the forum topics a little more carefully, you would have seen that Primo works even on android 10
Not work only on 8/8.1.
Otherwise, Chinese manufacturers often leave false information. If you install [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and look at the System Information section, you will get important details that could not be fake - API LEVEL. That will tell you which is real version of Android in your device.
Android 9 has api level 28.

hi Boki, I have checked my multimedia radio with CPU-z. it is Android9 But, unfortunately, Apilevel 27, not 28 so, is that why Igo primo does not work? thanks..

It is Android 8.1 (Android 9 is faked info). So, no way.

CPU-z program shows me that it is Android 9 so this CPU program cannot see that it is fake ..
