Forgive my dumb question... Does this mean I can use my birdseye data I have already paid for on my dakota 20 on my oregon 650 with a patch firmware?

Ive tried to get this patcher to work with my Astro 430, first with fimware 3.40, then 3.30 then 3.20. they all seemed to work but the unit gives me the authentication failure everytime at startup. And I cant get it to read any gmapsupp.img. they are also unlocked and works fine on my Astro 320.
I started to investigate inside the *.gma file and saw that it does'nt matter witch firmware I install it only reads inside "A s t r o 4 3 0 _ A l p h a 5 0 _ 3 4 0 _ P a t c h e d . g c d".
Any conclusions? What am I missing?
EDIT
The Astro 430 ive been patching keeps giving me authentication failure at startup. But reads 'some' unlocked maps. Not the one ive been testing all the time... That specific map does work on all devices but not this one?
anyhow, this Astro 430 is specified as "EUV3" if that has something to do with anything. the map is readable on a Astro 430 EUV2.
Best Regards

Oregon 7xx_4.70 tested and it is OK for jnx with patcher 380 !
Thank you Alex !
Would you mind adding Zumo 595 to your patch?, I would like to try birdseye out.
thanks in advance.
Currently using Zumo595 and Alpha 100
The issue there is that you are limited to how many img files you can have on your device..On my Oregon 650T I already have 18 Img files so am almost at my limit.... If I remember correctly you can have 500 jnx files and 250 custom(kmz) files possible other way round. JNX filses can be a lot larger then custom maps in area but it is at the cost of storage.... So would love a way to reduce the JNX file size....
I can confirm this is still working on the latest Oregon 650 firmware (5.60)
Hi all;
I have some jnx maps. When I send them to the device and turn on the device, I get an invalid jnx file warning. I patch and install firmware with "JNX Patcher". At that time I get a radio disable error. How to install JNX files without error.
my device is alpha 50
Does anyone know what the difference is between the firmwares..
Rino 7xx GMRS 3.81 and Rino 7xx 4.01
Thanks in advance. I have the Rino 755t
Hello!
You have to use two pathes. You have to take an original gcd-firmware from garmin site. First use the "gnx-pacther". Then at once you need patch this one by second patcher for "radio disabled". Then update Alpha this firmware.
