You don't really need this custom pack for joying, I managed to create a fix for the joying Intel SC9853I head units. I'll upload it in a few hours as I'm not near my computer. With my fix you can make igo the default Navi app and tts will work perfectly with background radio/music. In my fix, I whitelisted Google TTS and code factory vocalizer as that's what I use.
EDIT: I've uploaded my fix for the TTS on iGO World. Might work for iGO Basar, iGO PAL. Once again, Google TTS and Code Factory Vocalizer are the only TTS whitelisted as those are what I use. Unpack to root of Fat32 formatted USB or SD card, plug in and let it flash.
Warning! This is only for Joying Android 8.1 Intel Airmont SC9853i headunits only! Also you must be on the 2019.09.17 Joying Firmware or risk a brick!
