    Found this version on German Forum.
    Tested and working OK @ Becker Active 6s (9.18.36.691447) or BHH00-V3.0. TMC is also working.

    Hello, can you tell me if with you with 2018Q4 everything is okay. Because I have problems. Device Becker Transit 70 LMU. Original. exe only works with 2017Q4. Cr * ck writes me " Maps can not be opened due to license restrictions"

    All genuine software need original license dedicated to concrete edition.
    The purpose of cr*ck*d is that you can use any map edition with its appropriate licenses.
    This is basic of all knowledge.

    Use TomTom maps.
    Their licenses are complete.

    all the licenses I found for hereQ42018 Europe_map_NQ_Truck_2018_Q4, Mega_Free_1_Year_Update_FEU_NQ_2018_q4. I throw this into your License Map and then problems. If I use Revo 2 then no problems with open and no matter if these licenses are there.

    I have one Active 6s and one 7s. Software from 1. post is working, but TMC is not.
    No TMC appears in the "Service information" menu. I started navigation with sys attached and on the original sys. With no effect. TMC does not appear

    You must keep the original files *.CON and *.dll of each device. Otherwise it will not unlock the tmc receiver...

    A small tool from the past that might be useful to Becker device owners.

    It is a simple tool that can help diagnose whether lack of TMC is a hardware or software issue.

    It should run on WinCe 5 & WinCe 6, Its possible that it will only work on older devices with the Avanteq TMC stack.

    Warning

    I've used it on a Navgear but never a Becker device, so use at your own risk.
