We think it's just TT getting it wrong AGAIN and these really are the latest v1030 files so someone needs to compare & see if there are any new postcodes/etc which will prove it's just a labelling error

Doing a file compare results in no differences. The 1030 and 1025 files are identical in size, date and content ie they are the 1025 files.
Thanks for checking. Yet ANOTHER cock-up by TT then!

If you look in the folder of the Singapore map you will see a postal_SGP.ttd file. This is the postcode file so you would assume as it is in the map folder then it is used and the one in the zip folder is now redundant.
'postal_GBR.ttd' and 'postal_NLD.ttd' are not in the nav2 maps folder but are found in nav3 maps folder.
Doing a file compare of the 1025 versions of the *.ttd file (map folder) and the *.postal file (zip folder) shows they are identical.
\map/postal_GBR.ttd = \zip\Great_Britain.Postal
\map/postal_NLD.ttd = \zip\Nederland.postal
\map/postal_SGP.ttd = \zip\Singapore.postal
edit the *.ver file to show the correct version.
If tomtom doesn't fix its links with the correct files then I have a set of *.zip files with the 1030 postal files if its ok to attach.

Here are the postcode files. they are renamed *.ttd files extracted from 1030 map.ttpkg files. The *.ver files are edited ones to match.

With regards to the "mod note" based on the number of views it was added without actually comparing the files.
The postal files are genuine files extracted from 1030 packages and NOT the 1025 files with links supplied at the beginning of this post.
The 1025 file specs are: Country Date Time Size
Great_Britain 13/02/2019 13:28 9,725,471 bytes
Nederland 13/02/2019 13:29 2,069,956 bytes
Singapore 13/02/2019 13:29 494,577 bytes
The 1030 files I have supplied
Great_Britain 08/05/2019 06:67 9,742,866 bytes
Nederland 08/05/2019 13:16 2,069,847 bytes
Singapore 24/04/2019 16:03 494,494 bytes
The build date of the file shows they are a newer version and the size shows they are not the same file. The only editing I did to these files was a name change. Nederland and Singapore files are for whatever reason slightly smaller but the Great Britain is just under 17.4 Kbytes larger. Doing a search of a recently added postcode will confirm however even though the file is newer it is still about a year behind. eg postcodes AB130AW and AB130AX can be found in my UK file but not in the 1025 version but were introduced in June/July 2018
OK, understood now, thanks. mod note removed
