If you install the appropriate files and command lines in any version of iGo Primo for windows CE, you will see these green (or not green) pictures.
I did some experiments with Primo 2.4 but the results were not good.
Any PNA with Bluetooth has a microfone.
Even some without Bluetooth have.
Magellan Roadmate 5240, for example.

In Android voice recognition, like in Google Maps, the system recognizes any word. in IGo Primo only certain standardized words.
