Main and and the biggest difference, and what's important to you as a user, is that Primo serie for WinCE is fully cracked. With few lycs "see" all content.
There is no fully cr*cked version of NG for WinCE, does not exists. Even when you think you've provided it all, all the licenses, some content is inactive.
Functional, for example, Primo don't recognize fjw files, nextgen does. But, NG requires much stronger device. Much. At least with 128MB of RAM, 256 or higher is recommended.
