I have bt on phone (of course ), it is active, I'm using same Israel, default package, but I don't have any BT icons.
Are you sure you don't use skin, or some addons? And/Or some extra settings in sys?

Actually, only map have different colors, colors of the menus are the same.
Maybe you also have extra branding file, different (moded) data.zip, or whatever.

And, your second screenshot indicate that you have problem with scheme, which means your setup is not good. Some of your files are bad/wrong/etc...

Package I use is posted in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. It is default from original uploaders, with only couple of extra ux.

I think Quartzo added some of elements of VW skin in his package, if you are using that. But, anyway and again, you have some wrong setup.
