Anyway. Since database problems and the inability to access the first page, I created new package:

iGO NG (Israel) 9.18.27.687519 (Jan 26 2017)

Install it from the iGO_Israel folder from the root of internal memory
- does not create sys.txt
- name of the installation package - com.nng.igoprimoisrael.javaclient.

What's interesting in this version:
- Traffic (Online-TMC) works.
- You can run external programs.
- Online weather forecast works.
- Supports VR, i.e. Voice control:
- The VR on your machine needs to be installed by the Google app and should be online.
- Shows the separation of FJV
- can send SOS / SMS with appropriate accessories and settings.

Complete package, with English/Serbian languages and voices, last improved global_cfg (tnx @Alain57!) and basemap

You have to add maps and other desired content

PS version works perfectly with modified skins and other UX plug-in sets.

To whom does not like loading screen, let gpsandmore_generic.zip replace it or delete it

The route preview button that only exists native in Israel is obtained as follows:
Settings > Navigation Map > Map display > ... scroll to the end ... > Extra Facilities Button in Cockpit.
