Use Ad-Blocker in browser.
After clicking on button "Access to Download", one more window with annoying advertisements is open. Close it. Back to original window.
Again click on "Access to Download" > you got new view with button "Click Here to download the file"
Click on it, again is new browser window opened with annoying advertisements. Close that window. Again click on "Click Here to download the file" button.
Now you will download it.
