NG Version is 9.18.23.568625

No added skin. The software is stock what came with the vehicle. Here's a screenshot of a couple of the folders.

You changed speedcam.zip. What's wrong with ORG? When I say "skin" I mean anything that makes up one, including any UX's. You don't need to use a fully packed UX's for a skin to use a new "skin."

ORG's are just a copies of the original files. ie:backup I tried adding the WAV files to speedcam.zip but that did not help.

Also if you're not using TTS, shouldn't
is_spoken=0

Finally, most of these settings are for a particular skin you're using and irrelevant if you're not using that skin.

Yes, file names are correct. As for is_spoken, I thought 1=sound/speech and 0=beeps. Am I wrong?
