That is called full cr*ck*d software.
Similar situation with most of Android Primo's also mostly of Android versions of NG. They typically need several licenses for full functionality.
On the other hand, for NG for WinCE you must have good cra*k*d version (very rare and no one fully) and proper license and mostly more of them. Btw, those lics/lycs also have to be full (also rare).
