It is so called Toyota ver.
It's branded loading/exiting pictures are located in toyotsu_gm8_nextgen.zip
You need adequate pic and can replace them by yourself.
Generic loading is located in the_skin.zip
Same procedure for replacement.

Useful thread:

Or, easiest way, tested and working:
use compatible loading.zip you have, and put in ux folder

Hm. Not related to the topic, but time in the emulator (same from PC) and in the NG drastically differs.
