About which device we are talking about?
In some devices gps port&baud are powered only by a system launcher. Or, need some special dll/port spliter.

Ahhh, forget about it.
OS is "Windows CE 7" - bad presented by software. It is actually "Windows Embedded Compact 7". Much closer to Windows 7 then to WinCE.
Sorry, no GPS software available for it. At least I did not see him anywhere.
And what is certain, no one Primo or NG has a driver for its ports.
It mainly goes into the systems in the car, with dedicated manufacturer navigation software.

I managed to launch it with IGO.
Interestingly, another navigation program has found the port.
Of course not the original. But 7way.

I now that you can launch iGO.
But still there are no suitable drivers for it.
I guess Sygic have them. Or even Aponia or similar.
